Professor Livinus Ogbondah is a professor of History and Policy Analysis in Education and a lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations, Faculty of Education, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rivers State, Nigeria. He holds two Doctorate degrees (Ph.Ds) in Curriculum Studies and History and Policy of Education from University of Uyo and University of Port Harcourt respectively. In addition, he holds Master of Education (M.Ed) in History and Policy of Education, Bachelor of Arts (History) (B.A.Ed) from University of Port Harcourt and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in History, Moral and Religious Studies from University of Ibadan. Eunice Chinyerum Victor-Ishikaku (Nee Nyenwe), a professor of Educational Technology, hails from Ibaa in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State. She completed her primary school at St. Paul’s Primary School Okporowo-Ogbakiri where she obtained her First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC). She proceeded to Government Secondary School Eneka where she obtained her West African School Certificate. Thereafter, she proceeded to the Rivers State College of Education Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt to study Biology Education. In 1990 she bagged the Bachelor of Education (Biology) degree.
