Professor Veronica Emen Okogbaa is a Professor of Educational Management and Leadershipat the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt. She has a PhD, MEDboth in EducationalMgtand a Bachelor’s degree (BSc. Ed., Biology) in Science Education. She came into the employment of the then Rivers State College of Education (now Ignatius Ajuru University of Education) as an Assistant Lecturer in1987 and rose to the rank of a Professor in October 2021. Prof. Okogbaa has taught, mentored and supervisedstudents atTeaching Practice (TP) and students’ research projects at all levels, for all categories of students. She has held various positions of responsibilities such as Ag. Dean Student’s Affairs (2011-2015), Director Remedial and Extra Moral Studies Unit (1999-2010), Head of Department (1995-1999) among others. Kpeno Amon Ephraim was born on the 08th June, 1962 in Amadaka town, Andoni in the present Eastern Obolo Local Government Area of AkwaIbom state.
